Old Skool Dayz: A toy you’ll never forget owning
November 25th, 2006 @ 6:53 pm

haha! Ooo my, that for me would have to be my Rainbow Brite doll. I loved her to bits. I got her when I was about 9, it was a gift from a forster mother I’d had, before I was moved to live on a farm.
She was the nicest lady. That Rainbow brite doll wasn’t with me for too many years maybe 4 tops, and then I’d lost her in one of my many childhood moves…
Another toy I remember having that brings back some fond memories. Is those lil monkies Monchee’chees I think they were called,, hehe they had lil outfits & sucked their thumbs or toes.. lmao <3
But sadly in Kindergarten I lost them :( I left them on the playground @ reccess and when I returned the next reccess they were gone..

Diner Delites-Old(new)Favorites
November 23rd, 2006 @ 9:33 pm

Well since my job has so many tasty foods to eat and new ones coming in often. I thought I’d make this entry about a new fav I have.. Mmmmhmmm Chicken N Dumplins..Yum.. It’s so good, the dumplings are something that I’ve never had the urge to make, I love em though. And with M&M getting this product in tis so poifect for me. The squirt on the other hand isn’t such a fan of the whole thing she “says” she likes the dumplins, yet she only ate a small amount of it.

What’s the Word-”the rules”
November 22nd, 2006 @ 8:50 pm

I Got this today and had to post it. It fit for a what’s the word in my eyes. So I wonder what the womens response would be to their rules here….

The guys side of the story!
At last a guy has taken the time to write this all down Finally, the guys’ side of the story.

(I must admit, it’s pretty good.)

We always hear “the rules”
From the female side.
Now here are the rules from the male side.
These are our rules!
Please note.. these are all numbered “1″
ON PURPOSE!

1. Men ARE not mind readers.

1. Learn to work the toilet seat.
You’re a big girl. If it’s up, put it down.
We need it up, you need it down.
You don’t hear us complaining about you leaving it down.

1. Sunday sports. It’s like the full moon
or the changing of the tides.
Let it be.

1. Shopping is NOT a sport.
And no, we are never going to think of it that way.

1. Crying is blackmail.

1. Ask for what you want.
Let us be clear on this one:
Subtle hints do not work!
Strong hints do not work!
Obvious hints do not work!
Just say it!

1. Yes and No are perfectly Acceptable answers to almost every question.

1. Come to us with a problem only If you want help solving it. That’s what we do.
Sympathy is what your girlfriends are for.

1. A headache that lasts for 17 months is a problem. See a doctor.

1. Anything we said 6 months ago is inadmissible in an argument.
In fact, all comments become null and void after 7 Days.

1. If you won’t dress like the Victoria’s Secret girls, don’t Expect us to act like soap opera guys.

1. If you think you’re fat, you probably are.
Don’t ask us.

1. If something we said can be interpreted two ways and one of the ways makes you sad or angry, we meant the other one

1. You can either ask us to do something
Or tell us how you want it done.
Not both.
If you already know best how to do it, just do it yourself.

1. Whenever possible, Please say whatever you have to say during commercials.

1. Christopher Columbus did NOT need directions and neither do we.

1. ALL men see in only 16 colors, like Windows default settings.
Peach, for example, is a fruit, not! A color. Pumpkin is also a fruit. We have no idea what mauve is.

1. If it itches, it will Be scratched.
We do that.

1. If we ask what is wrong and you say “nothing,” We will act like nothing’s wrong.
We know you are lying, but it is just not worth the hassle.

1. If you ask a question you don’t want an answer to, Expect an answer you don’t want to hear.

1. When we have to go somewhere, absolutely anything you wear Is fine…Really.

1. Don’t ask us what we’re thinking about unless you are prepared to discuss such topics as baseball, the shotgun formation,
or golf.

1. You have enough clothes.

1. You have too many shoes.

1. I am in shape. Round IS a shape!

1. Thank you for reading this.
Yes, I know, I have to sleep on the couch tonight; but did you know men really don’t mind that? It’s like camping.

Dinner Delites-Picky eaters
November 16th, 2006 @ 10:38 pm

Hmm talks of Dinner…

Some families have no problem choosing dinner for the night, then you have those families(like mine) where you have that :lol Mr/Miss picky that are so hard to feed. Well in my case, when I want something that I know my miss picky wont eat, or attempt to try on look or smell alone. I just make her a quick rice and veggie meal, sometimes with chicken breast, chopped nuggets or chicken strips.. Makes for a delish meal. If I’m sharing in the same dinner as her ;) then I will sometimes throw some sauteed shrimp in there Or baked breaded shrimp.. *tummy grumbles* Then I’ll hop to my dinner of choice for the night.

*wonders*

How many nights a week does one make a separate meal for one they love?

Long day!
November 5th, 2006 @ 8:44 pm

And busy at that too, for a Sunday it was busier than it normally is. I was a tad bit late, but still there in time to open for 11am. The customers started right away, that’s what I hate about the 3 stores being connected.. lol They stand there and watch and wait.
I had alot to do, stocking wise. So I got right to that after serving the first few customers. Then it died down, but stayed evenly paced customer wise throughout the day. :lol Although there was an hour there where I was bored to shit! I made some samples, but our sample heater wasn’t working so I left a note for Kelly and she can check it out, it was working yesterday. :shrug

So I munched on the mozza sticks myself.. lol They’re awesome I love em. :luv

I couldn’t wait to leave today after 3pm hit.. haha I was so ready! I don’t know what it is about Sundays that drag me out, but today it was the steadyness of the day I guess. Sara from Macs started her shift at 4pm so it gave me someone to chat with the last hour. hehe She’s super nice and we get along..

I noticed already that with the cold weather coming, :( my skin has started its usual drying out. :( I have to get more moisturizer, especially for work it’s so cold at work.. *cries* :}

I’m looking forward to 2 days off Monday & Tuesday to relax while Jennahs at school.. Pump my tunes.. hehe :thumbs and get some wash done for her and I. ;) and maybe try to get some more dolling done, I’m fussing with it now and some photos. I’m boooooorrrrrrredd!

So off to play I go.. lol
